NERACIA STOCK & SALES PROCESSES / One-time stock review

Stock Count & Reconciliation

Find the differences between stock records and goods in storage.

We compare stock records with physical counts, trace goods movements and list differences for follow-up.

Fees & payment

Pricing depends on item/location counts, staff, recounts, access and travel. State field responsibilities and costs separately.

WHAT WE DO

The work we do
for you.

Example: records show 100 units but the count finds 92. The team needs to check the difference before changing records.

  1. 01Agree a reference time and prepare the item list.
  2. 02Compare counts with records and goods movements.
  3. 03Flag differences, recounts and responsible people.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

When the work is done,
this is what you receive.

For businesses where system stock differs from physical stock or previous counts are hard to explain.

CHECKING THE OUTPUTS

We check the work
to support your decisions.

Which stock differences need recounting or a process decision?

We check outputs against the agreed inputs and work. Outstanding items stay recorded with reasons and next actions.

Starting records SKU/location snapshot at cut-off, units, counts and movement bridge.

01

Count coverage

Counted SKU/location pairs ÷ all in-scope pairs; show the denominator and inaccessible items.

02

Variance action coverage

Variance items with a recount or written decision, owner and date ÷ all variance items. Do not sum unlike units.

Checker and owner review findings; system adjustments await an authorized decision.

Discuss cycle counts after learning causes, recount workload and field costs.

Agree starting records, targets and period before starting. Examples and targets are not client results.

Sales Follow-up Setup

Need to organize prospects and proposals? We also offer record setup, a working guide and training under a separate proposal.

SUBSEQUENT WORK

Stock & Sales Processes

Stock reviews and sales follow-up setup are separate engagements. Choose the need to address first.

  1. Choose one need

Review goods at one site, or organize up to 50 prospect records from two files.

  2. Check and teach the process

Discuss stock differences or try five sales-record tasks. Your appointed contact learns to continue the work.

  3. Discuss subsequent help

Recurring reviews or online-system installation require separately agreed work and fees.

Who is responsible?

Your business retains stock-adjustment and prospect-contact decisions. Confirm counting staff before site work. Record setup does not include daily sales work.

Each engagement starts after agreeing scope, people, access, timing and payment. Subsequent stages are excluded unless written in the quote.

FROM CONVERSATION TO HANDOVER

You know
what happens next.

Arif is your discussion contact. Required delivery and review roles are designated before engagement.

03

We do the work and check it

We check inputs, carry out the work and discuss unresolved questions with you.

04

Receive output files, an explanation and next actions. Discuss corrections under the agreement.

Fees & payment

Quote after reviewing the requirements

Pricing depends on item/location counts, staff, recounts, access and travel. State field responsibilities and costs separately.

Timing & corrections

*Schedule after a site review. Final timing follows complete inputs and agreed scope, access, roles and payment terms. Discuss changed inputs or blockers before changing the schedule.

Includes one correction round on the same inputs and scope, requested within seven days of handover. New periods, data or additional work require agreement on scope and costs.

BEFORE STARTING

Common questions.

Is subsequent work included?

Discuss recurring stock counts and process improvements after approving the starting records.

What if data is missing or there are differences?

We record gaps, their impact and required information. Conclusions requiring evidence remain on hold; discuss extra work and schedule changes before proceeding.

How is business data shared?

Use general context in the initial brief. Before sharing real data, agree minimum access, transfer channels, storage, recipients and retention. Do not share main account passwords.

I am unsure which service fits. What should I do?

Send a brief through WhatsApp or email. We discuss fit and availability, then prepare work and a quote. The website form is not an order or payment.
