SALES RECORDS & FOLLOW-UPS

ONE-TIME SERVICE

Keep prospects recorded and follow-ups visible.

We organize prospect records, sent proposals, responsible people and follow-up dates so your team knows what to do next.

For teams with sales records scattered across chats or spreadsheets and delayed proposal follow-ups.

WHAT WE DO

From scattered records
to clear next actions.

Example: a proposal was sent a week ago, but no one has been assigned to ask for the prospect’s response.

  1. 01Review prospect records and the team’s current process.
  2. 02Set stages, responsible people, next actions and dates.
  3. 03Teach your contact to update records and continue the work.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

01

Prospects & proposal status

One record of stages, responsible people, next actions and dates.

02

Sales follow-up priorities

See active prospects, overdue actions and proposals awaiting a response.

03

Working guide & 45-minute training

A guide, three message examples and usage practice so your appointed contact can take over.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Work limits

One business, one local Neracia record tool, six stages and up to 50 records from two source files. Includes data preparation, three priority summaries, a working guide, three message examples, five usage checks and 45-minute training.

What you provide

  • Up to two permitted files of prospects or proposals.
  • Proposal stages, sent dates, follow-up rules and decisions on duplicate records.
  • People maintaining/checking records and an agreed file location.

CHECKING THE OUTPUTS

We check the work
to support your decisions.

Which opportunities and proposals need action this week?

We check outputs against the agreed inputs and work. Outstanding items stay recorded with reasons and next actions.

See detailed checks (for the relevant team)

Starting records Up to two permitted exports and 50 records; approved stage definitions and cut-off.

01

Open opportunity completeness

Open opportunities with an owner, action and date ÷ all open opportunities; exclude won/lost.

02

Overdue actions and stale proposals

Count actions due before cut-off and open proposals aged ≥7 days since sending. These indicate follow-up needs, not forecast revenue.

The contact tries five UAT scenarios, updates a record, exports and reopens JSON.

Assess adoption after one manual follow-up cycle; CRM/cloud and retainers need separate scopes.

Agree starting records, targets and period before starting. Examples and targets are not client results.

SUBSEQUENT WORK

Stock & Sales Processes

Stock reviews and sales follow-up setup are separate engagements. Choose the need to address first.

  1. Choose one need

Review goods at one site, or organize up to 50 prospect records from two files.

  2. Check and teach the process

Discuss stock differences or try five sales-record tasks. Your appointed contact learns to continue the work.

  3. Discuss subsequent help

Recurring reviews or online-system installation require separately agreed work and fees.

Who is responsible?

Your business retains stock-adjustment and prospect-contact decisions. Confirm counting staff before site work. Record setup does not include daily sales work.

Each engagement starts after agreeing scope, people, access, timing and payment. Subsequent stages are excluded unless written in the quote.
