NERACIA BOOKKEEPING SUPPORT / Planning before staffing

Bookkeeping Team Planning

Define the tasks and bookkeeping help you need.

We review workload, estimate required hours, and define tasks and candidate tests. This initial package provides a plan; it does not supply staff.

Fees & payment

Planning is separate from candidate search, staff fees, supervision, software and absence cover. No staffing payment before people and dates are agreed.

WHAT WE DO

The work we do
for you.

Example: the team is overloaded at month end, but it is unclear whether another person or better task allocation is needed.

  1. 01Review task volumes and observed completion times.
  2. 02Define tasks, skills and review time needed.
  3. 03Plan candidate trials before discussing staffing contracts.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

When the work is done,
this is what you receive.

For firms with a growing backlog but unclear tasks, hours or skills to hire for.

CHECKING THE OUTPUTS

We check the work
to support your decisions.

How much work and review time is needed before hiring?

We check outputs against the agreed inputs and work. Outstanding items stay recorded with reasons and next actions.

See detailed checks (for the relevant team)

Starting records One queue, volumes, sampled handling times, rework and practice supervisor hours.

01

Demand and capacity

Demand hours = Σ(volume × minutes/task × (1 + rework%/100)) ÷ 60. Compare with available hours × utilization; show leave and peak assumptions.

02

Review capacity

Required review hours compared with confirmed reviewer hours; shortfalls remain gaps.

Accept the blueprint against samples and assumptions; discuss a seat after trial, reviewer, backup and data arrangements are ready.

Use the role brief for a separate trial; candidates and productivity are not guaranteed.

Agree starting records, targets and period before starting. Examples and targets are not client results.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Work limits

One firm, one role and one work queue. Task samples use anonymized data. Candidate search, candidate trials and monthly staffing contracts are separate.

What you provide

  • Tasks, volumes, observed completion times and rework.
  • Working hours, overlap needs, reviewer and backup requirements.
  • Data/access rules; the firm reviews cross-border sharing consent before real data.

Not included

No guaranteed candidate or automatic placement. Tax/BAS advice, filing and technical approval remain with the appropriately authorized firm.

SUBSEQUENT WORK

Bookkeeping Support

The initial service plans bookkeeping staffing. Candidate search, trials and monthly staffing are subsequent engagements.

  1. Plan staffing needs

One firm, one role and one queue. Receive estimated hours, tasks and candidate-test criteria.

  2. Find and test candidates

If separately agreed, assess anonymized trial tasks, candidate skills and supervision needs.

  3. Start when people are confirmed

Monthly support starts after agreeing staff, reviewer, backup, access, hours, fees and dates.

Who is responsible?

No candidate or staffing date is confirmed. Buying the plan does not reserve staff. Technical decisions, tax/BAS advice, filing and final approval stay with authorized firm personnel.

Each engagement starts after agreeing scope, people, access, timing and payment. Subsequent stages are excluded unless written in the quote.

FROM CONVERSATION TO HANDOVER

You know
what happens next.

Arif is your discussion contact. Required delivery and review roles are designated before engagement.

01

Tell us the problem

You do not need a package name. Explain the task causing difficulty and the result you need.

02

Review the work and price

We explain tasks, outputs, limits, fees and timing in writing before you decide.

03

We do the work and check it

We check inputs, carry out the work and discuss unresolved questions with you.

04

Receive the work and explanation

Receive output files, an explanation and next actions. Discuss corrections under the agreement.

Fees & payment

Planning fee quoted separately

Planning is separate from candidate search, staff fees, supervision, software and absence cover. No staffing payment before people and dates are agreed.

Timing & corrections

*Estimated 3–5 working days. Final timing follows complete inputs and agreed scope, access, roles and payment terms. Discuss changed inputs or blockers before changing the schedule.

Includes one correction round on the same inputs and scope, requested within seven days of handover. New periods, data or additional work require agreement on scope and costs.

BEFORE STARTING

Common questions.

Is subsequent work included?

Discuss monthly staffing only after approving candidates, trials, reviewers, backup and access arrangements. No candidate or staffing date is confirmed.

What if data is missing or there are differences?

We record gaps, their impact and required information. Conclusions requiring evidence remain on hold; discuss extra work and schedule changes before proceeding.

How is business data shared?

Use general context in the initial brief. Before sharing real data, agree minimum access, transfer channels, storage, recipients and retention. Do not share main account passwords.

I am unsure which service fits. What should I do?

Send a brief through WhatsApp or email. We discuss fit and availability, then prepare work and a quote. The website form is not an order or payment.
