Monthly Bookkeeping & Financial Reports

Understand your profit, costs and financial position.

We complete monthly bookkeeping, prepare profit-and-loss and balance-sheet reports, and discuss key changes with you for 30 minutes.

Fees & payment

Pricing follows workload, opening-balance condition and people required. State monthly fees, older-record cleanup, any tax specialist, service taxes and payment dates in the quote.

CHECKING THE OUTPUTS

We check the work
to support your decisions.

What changed in profit, financial position and bank balances this month?

We check outputs against the agreed inputs and work. Outstanding items stay recorded with reasons and next actions.

See detailed checks (for the relevant team)

Starting records Approved bookkeeping and adjustments for the agreed period and framework.

01

Report reconciliation

Trace profit and loss and balance sheet to the trial balance; record assets − liabilities − equity separately from bank differences.

02

Owner decisions

Each agreed material movement has a source explanation, decision, owner and date. Set materiality in the scope.

The reviewer checks treatments; the owner reviews reports and open items. These are management reports.

Agree the next cycle using actual volume and rework; do not bill Bookkeeping again for the same scope.

Agree starting records, targets and period before starting. Examples and targets are not client results.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Work limits

Includes the Monthly Bookkeeping limits: one entity, IDR, one month, one account, up to 200 accounting entry lines and 200 bank transactions. Adds approved adjustments, one-period reports and a 30-minute discussion. Agree the reporting basis with the reviewer.

What you provide

  • All Monthly Bookkeeping inputs.
  • Approved accounting policies, adjustments and evidence.
  • A reviewer and an owner/director for the report discussion.

Not included

Internal management reports, not an audit opinion or accounting-standard compliance assertion. Formal cash-flow statements, tax, business valuations and consolidated reports are separate.

Fees & payment

Monthly fee after reviewing requirements

Pricing follows workload, opening-balance condition and people required. State monthly fees, older-record cleanup, any tax specialist, service taxes and payment dates in the quote.

Timing & corrections

*Planned within the first ten days after month end. Final timing follows complete inputs and agreed scope, access, roles and payment terms. Discuss changed inputs or blockers before changing the schedule.

Includes one correction round on the same inputs and scope, requested within seven days of handover. New periods, data or additional work require agreement on scope and costs.

Monthly work is planned within the first ten days after month end. This is an initial plan; agree firm dates when inputs and required people are ready. For tax, use checked official deadlines and set preparation dates earlier.

BEFORE STARTING

Common questions.

Is subsequent work included?

Agree the following month after reviewing outputs, volumes and outstanding items.

What if data is missing or there are differences?

We record gaps, their impact and required information. Conclusions requiring evidence remain on hold; discuss extra work and schedule changes before proceeding.

How is business data shared?

Use general context in the initial brief. Before sharing real data, agree minimum access, transfer channels, storage, recipients and retention. Do not share main account passwords.

I am unsure which service fits. What should I do?

Send a brief through WhatsApp or email. We discuss fit and availability, then prepare work and a quote. The website form is not an order or payment.
